BBQ Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 8 oz Top Sirloin Steaks

  • 1/2 cup EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 8 oz Top Sirloin Steaks
Instructions
  1. Mix EVOO virgin oil, balsamic vinegar, worcesterhsire sauce, sea salt, black pepper and dijon mustard in a bowl
  2. Crush garlic cloves and mix into marinade
  3. Place top sirloin steaks in a plastic resealable bag, pour marinade over steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours
  4. Prep grill by placing charcoals in a circle at the bottom and lighting them with a newspaper or small piece of wood
  5. Cover grill until coals reach 400-500 degrees
  6. Place steaks over the center of the coals for 3-4 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees
  7. Remove steaks from grill and let sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
