Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chives, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons parsley, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons mint, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon capers, rinsed, coarsely chopped
- 2 pieces anchovies, rinsed, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, gently whisk
