Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons chives, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mint, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon capers, rinsed, coarsely chopped
  • 2 pieces anchovies, rinsed, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, gently whisk
