Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup grated fresh horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon champagne wine vinegar
  • Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix until evenly incorporated
