Horseradish Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup grated fresh horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon champagne wine vinegar
- Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix until evenly incorporated
