Hams & turkeys are fully cooked,shipped frozen ,need to allow time to thaw in the refrigerator.Fast thaw by keeping the item in is vaccum seal and submerging in cool water,changing often.The Ham & turkey can be served without any additional preparation.
Turkey -Heating:
If heating is desired,slow het in the oven while covered with heavy duty foil on a rack.You may want to put a littel water in the roasting pan under the rack.Heat to desired personal taste .DO NOT COOK.
